Question 1
describe a time when you solved a difficult problem?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SARSTEDT (Newton, NC) in Apr 2019
Interview
Phone Interview followed by in person at the Newton, NC HQ. Took about 2 weeks. I received an offer a couple days after interview and could not reach an agreement. The base salary was in line with the industry. Unfortunately the benefits were not. First off they do not take effect for 90 days, which is almost unheard of today. Almost $600 a months for family, only 60/40 coverage instead of the standard 80/20, out-of-pocket of $13,000 a year, 75% match 401k, no profit sharing, only $40 per diem when travelling. Seems like a good company and the job would have been good just need to bring benefits package up to modern standards.
