Three rounds total. During the final round, they made a comment about how most of their hires are from referrals. Based on that statement, I automatically knew it was over for me. It also felt like they hardly had any questions for the last interview. Afterwards, they never responded until I reached out for follow up a week later. Email was just a generic rejection response.
