I had an interview with one of the leads in the company that has a Microsoft MVP award (thanks to reading public docs in conferences using powerpoint and basic knowledge) It was a disaster of an interview, he didn't look me at eyes one single time, was more worried checking the time in his phone that actually having a conversation with me. After some minutes I decided to stop the interview, we shaked our hands hoping not to seeing this guy anymore in my life. I don't recommend doing interviews for this role.

There were no real questions, he asked me about my background. I could be answering about Barbie movie, he was not even listening to me.

Es un poco interrogatorio pero alrrededor de alguna preguntas se generan conversaciones interesantes. No hay prueba técnica así que no picas codigo y es solo responder preguntas.
