Interview
This was a non-technical phone interview with the Talent Ambassador. He was very courteous, asked all the questions in a straight forward manner, and was very easy to talk to. He asked me to talk about my previous work experience, and how I thought it would benefit me when working for their company, and then asked pertinent follow up questions. After he was satisfied with his questions, he took the time to give me an over view of what the company did, and where my role would fit into it, as well as what I could expect in the first three months.
At the end of this interview I was asked to take a brief Wonderlic skills assessment and invited to do a one on one interview the next week.

Question 1
(I paraphrase) 'you talked about your experience documenting maintenance for future use in diagnosing issues with your maintenance program, could you give me an example of a time where you and your team actually used that documentation to troubleshoot a failure, and what steps you took to fix the issue?'
