I submitted my resume through the portal and was contacted by one of the recruiters. I first met with the recruiter for a first-round interview. I was brought back to meet with the CEO for a second interview. I went to lunch with the Director of Sales and the CEO and back to the office to meet the rest of the team as a final step.
