First and second round interviews. SEEK was very slow to make contact, and I had to follow up with them to find out the ending result. Both interviews were done via "zoom" meetings, and the interviewees were both 10 minutes late to log on for the interview! (I had to call and remind them they had an interview with me.)

The interview process is long and should be condensed into a panel interview. Expect to have at least 3-5 interviews, most with different individuals. (The team lead, the regional lead, the president, possibly more.) The president is really nice but extremely casual to the point of unprofessional. Joked about how his mom (CEO) fired and rehired him in the hiring interview as well as some other jokes that don’t vibe in 2024. Comments about women staying at home, how associates especially from the city are flaky, etc. Kind people all around but time consuming process and unprofessional leadership.
