Interview was quick and easy. They asked a lot of challenging questions that really made you think. I was called back though the next day and told I was hired.

Interview
I was contacted regarding an on line resume posting and invited for a face to face interview as a dispatcher for one division of the company. After review and completing other interviews I was not offered this job but referred to another manager in another division of the same company and after a brief phone conversation I was offered the new position and I accepted.
