I was actually referred from my prior employer to apply here.
The Company, an SES client, recommeded me for the position.
I was hired within a week of speaking with SES and have been with them ever since.
Would not think of leaving until I am ready to retire.

Question 1
I had 30 years plus experience so the resume and recommendation was all that was required.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SES Engineering (Edmonton, AB) in Jan 2010
Interview
The hiring/interview process is not very long.
The resume is discussed in detail. The person/persons interviewing ask about work experience and had me walk them through a project from inception to completion. They do ask some technical questions so word of advice do not misrepresent yourself on your resume....the interview can be cut short if you do.
