SGK interview questions

I first met with a hiring manager first for the first round interview. After, the second round interview was with the technical design team which included my future manger, senior designers, and designers.

The recruiter at SGK initially sent a generic email requesting my availability to meet over the next several days. I promptly responded with multiple time options within that timeframe. However, I received no response. Two and four days later, I followed up with additional emails, but again, no reply from the recruiter. A week later, on a Wednesday, the recruiter sent a personal email asking, “Would you have time Friday or early next week to chat?” Once again, I responded promptly, providing availability on Friday and early the following week. Still, I heard nothing in return. The following Monday, I received another email from the recruiter, stating, “I don’t know how I forgot we were off Friday,” and confirming a time to speak on Tuesday. Later that day, the recruiter requested a time change to the end of the day on Tuesday. When we finally met via Zoom, the recruiter mentioned having a poor internet connection and decided not to turn on her camera. The interview felt very one-sided, with minimal engagement on her part. Most of her responses consisted of “yeah” and “uh-hum,” making it seem as though she was preoccupied with something else during our conversation. Overall, this was the least professional interview experience I’ve ever had.
