Very forward and upfront about the entire process. When I had it, I did a phone screening then a 1 1/2 hour interview on their virtual platform. The people interviewing were great and actually those you would be working for.

HR call Hour interview 2 Hour interview All very basic and not too difficult- was more conversational without any technical questions. All interviewers were people on the team and super nice/casual with the interviews.
