The process was straight forward . Question were from banking. From rbi . Also from normal current affairs. The interview was conducted online via an interview panel which consists of sidbi officials
Interview is done by a panel of senior officers. People who qualify in an all India recruitment drive and meet the requisite education and experience criteria are eligible for interview.
