Interview process was very weird for me. I had a phone screening call and within the call I was informed that the next step was a call interview with the technical lead there in which there will be just a couple of questions about my technical background. I wasn't actually prepared to have a full technical interview by phone and it even took place in the same day as the phone screening call after 3 hours which surprised me. I also asked for feedback and was told I would get one whether I proceeded with them or not. In the end I never received anything.
