Interview
They will fly you into Texas and put you up in a hotel. Then they'll run you through the basics of what you need to know about the job in the oil fields. Its actually really cool and I enjoyed the process overall.

Question 1
There really are no questions, its more of an introduction to the job and to see if you would like it or not.
After getting through the application, you'll get two stages of interview. First is an online interview with the HR where they ask general questions about your resume. Second, is with the department manager where they give you a short quiz and ask about why they should hire you and what you know about the company.
The interview gonna take at least 20 min, its not that long that's why you have to make the HR impressed. the question is not like a common question that oftenly shared in social media or else, its almost like a case study. if you fluent or at least above average in English, you may pass this interview. just give your best and logical answer.
