Interview consisted of three parts. First part was phone interview with the head of the research group which was mostly a casual conversation (what the group was doing and what the project would be). Second interview was technical, with the same person, asking general questions about the subject of my Ph.D research and technical questions. Third interview was with a recruiter and had personality questions.
