Applied online. Was called within 24 hours for a short phone interview. Scheduled an in person interview for two days later. The company website is not representative of the company. In fact, it was hard to understand what this company even did! I needed to call their HR Department and ask. It ended up being a sales job, which is not what the original application said. I found this rather dishonest.
