Interview
Phone screening, first interview, second interview then a meet the team.
On the first interview, the interviewers seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, there was no structure with the questions they asked me. It kinda went “tell me about a time… then it was a why us question then it was have you ever used budgets before? Then it was a tell me about a time question. So I think all that alone really caught me off guard and meant I couldn’t interview well. It would’ve been better if the hiring managers seemed a bit more bubbly and as if they wanted to actually interview me, it felt very one sided and awkward. Not to mention I was asked questions as if I had worked there before which was weird.

Interview
First stage call with in house recruiter, then two remote interviews, then in person meet the team and see the office stage. Friendly, helpful recruiter but lengthy process. Uses team tailor
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience - we really appreciate it.
We’re pleased to hear you found the process positive overall and that our recruiter left a friendly and helpful impression.
We also hear your feedback on the length of the process, we aim to create space for meaningful conversations on both sides - giving candidates the opportunity to meet different people, see the office, and get a genuine feel for the team and how we work.
Thanks again for engaging with us and for your openness. We wish you every success in your next role.
First call, prescreening. It was nice however I didn't get the call the first time due to their booking system, so I had to reschedule. I'd recommend to screenshot your logs to their call system and send proofs for rescheduling.
