Had the first interview with the HR and setup a second interview to meet the Engineering director. They claimed they have talked with me before and I’m not a good candidate which is not true, and I’ve never spoken to anybody at SMP. When I tried to get clarity they just stopped responding to emails and calls. Very unprofessional.
