Interview
I was referred by a friend. Went in person with a Resume. The HR quickly scanned it and gave me a questioner which is actually an exam paper and told me to complete in half an hour. I completed and submitted. I was not knowing I was watched from beginning till end, later I knew. They watch for professionalism, not using cellphone, even calculator.
