Interview
Phone interview with Russ, the head of the group. Asked about my past job experience and writing experience. Sent him a writing sample and Russ told me he would call me back and go over my writing sample and he never did. Ended up getting a paralegal job with a better firm anyways.

Interview
Interviewing with SOLON was pretty much a fair and friendly process, but they seemed to rule me out almost immediately because I had extensive experience with technology and thought a job in technology would be a better fit for me. Understandable, but I would have liked to speak more about my experience doing research and my expertise in the field of rhetoric.
