Casual and conversational, a great energy! I had two interviews, the first with the direct supervisor of the department, then the second with one of the co-founders of the organization. Both were dynamic and passionate about their roles within the company, and were clear on what they were looking for in a candidate.

They asked about my direct experience as a general marketing professional. Specific follow-up questions around my experience with social media posting, event management, design and print marketing, as well as community engagement experience.
