I applied online and received a voicemail from a recruiter a few days later. I did not get any emails saying I would be receiving a call and the number was in a different state so I let it go to voicemail. The voicemail was super muffled and I couldn’t hear what it really said. I called back and was prompted into a short interview. All I was asked was my prior experience and to give some examples of my work. After that, I was told I would be receiving an email with further job info, which I did. I did not hear anything for a few weeks until I got a call which I again did not answer because I never scheduled a call with Spectraforce and I had no follow up with them following my last email correspondence. It was the same man that called me earlier and the similar muffled message. He said again he would be emailing me more info, still do not have that email. The next morning I get a call again at 7:30 am from the same recruiter. At this point I felt it was extremely unprofessional to not be warned via email about future calls and especially being called so early. If you are in a different time zone, please check and be respectful of the time zone of whom you’re contacting. The man in the voicemail said again he would be sending me an email with further info, I have still yet to receive anything. I honestly don’t even want to work for such a company, and I blocked their number. Very unprofessional, pushy and rude.
