Start with a phone interview. The onsite contains 3 parts: Talk with the manager(ceo's nephew); Talks with a couple of QA trainee; a "technical" interview. The "technical" interview is not really technical. If you can breath and not acting like idiot, you pass. The bar is pretty low.
