After further research, the SRSAcquiom HR team found these statements to reflect the applicant's experience with the external search firm that was presenting candidates to SRSAcquiom for consideration, and not our internal process nor our internal recruitment team. We have since shared the feedback with our recruiting agency partners and they have made adjustments on their end . Additionally, as candidate experience is a priority to SRSAcquiom, we have continued to commit to consistently improve and streamline candidate communications, interview teams, interview questions/assessments and move to best-in-class talent attraction practices. As such, we embrace all types of feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement and service excellence.
