Had a great gut feeling from the very first interview with the recruiter, who was extremely professional and super friendly. Every step of the interview process felt intentional and was explained to me very thoroughly.
The hiring manager asked specific questions regarding my experience with spreadsheets and data wrangling. What stood out the most to me is that he explained exactly why he asked me every question that he asked and how much his questions were targeted at what is listed on my actual resume, which I could tell he read carefully. I was so impressed with the level of transparency and thoughtfulness.
