Answered questions via video through HireView. Called for a second interview within a couple of days. Met managers and followed one of them to a coffee shop to go through career path. Then went to a retail store location to see what daily work life looks like and answered interviewing questions there.

I applied on Zip Recruiter and was contacted by the Human Resources team about a day or two later. They gave me a brief overview over the phone so I knew what I was interviewing for. The entire process took me less than a week. I came in for a preliminary interview, which was about 15 minutes. I met with the owner of the company, where he came me a brief overview of the company, the position, and what they were looking for. The girls in the lobby made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves before I met with the owner. The owner even took time in the interview to really get to know me, which made me feel great and like I really mattered. I was then asked to come back in for a second-round interview. I was able to shadow someone for a few hours and could see exactly what I would be doing in this position. I walked away from that without having any questions, which was awesome! Overall, I feel like they treated me like a person that mattered and not just another applicant like some other companies made me feel.
