The process was really easy and fast and the interview took less than 30 mins. It was in person and then I was hired less than a week later. When applying, I also had to take a test which asked about wine knowledge and had to learn the menu once hired.

They asked questions about your personality, rapport, and asked about how you would handle certain situations.
Applied online. Received an email for in-person interview after a week. Questions are mostly situational. 2 days after the interview, I got an email from them saying I got hired.
