The interviews are in person with one to two people conducting the interview. General tour of the shop overall 20-30min duration. Either resume and or application needed. Experience is not always required. We are a shop that trains and develops. Looking for ambitious operators who have strong attention to detail, positive attitude, willing to to learn and grow.
