Applied in person, got called to interview, casual interview and basic safety questions then did a 15 hour training. It was very easy and casual. The management was nice and answered every question I had. Easy starting job to get
there was none. I just submitted an application. So I didn’t get to have an interview process. They just want to make sure you’re over 18 years old and you’re capable of handling children
