I participated in a multi-step interview process with Sage Infusion, which included two phone interviews with various staff members and an in-person interview with the CEO. The in-person interview required me to drive five hours round-trip at my own expense, and no reimbursement was offered. While I appreciated the opportunity to speak with the team and learn more about the organization, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up. After three rounds of interviews, including significant time and travel investment, I was never contacted to let me know I was not selected. It’s disappointing to be left without any communication, especially after putting in considerable effort. A simple note or email would have been a professional courtesy.
