I recently completed two rounds of interviews, which primarily focused on generative AI implementation. The interviewers expressed great interest in my experiences and the challenges I encountered while working on LLM solutions. I also highlighted how my background in insurance could be beneficial within the healthcare domain. Following the interviews, we entered discussions about salary. Unfortunately, the offer did not align with my expectations or the market value for the position. As I did not have any other offers at the time, I felt it necessary to accept the position. I understand that their assessment is based on years of experience and past salary packages, typically resulting in a raise of 10-25%.
