Asked typical interview questions that you would expect. During the interview process I met 1:1 with HR manager and then with the Rehab Director. The process itself was fine... applied online, an email was sent to schedule an interview and to do a reference check.
The interview process consists of discussions regarding St. Luke's core values as well as applicant's prior experience. Discussions may cover topics of interest for the applicant including future career goals and qualities indicating good fit for this system.
