Pretty easy just be yourself! I had no experience working in the hospitality industry and they were very kind to me during the interview and gave me a chance. I just had to come in and meet the owner of the restaurant and he was very kind as well!

How would you respond to a difficult guest who is upset that they haven’t been seated yet?
Went well, no complaints. Was quick and involved hearing about the background of the restaurant and its culture, what duties to expect, and some questions about ourselves. Again, no complaints overall.
