Not too difficult, mostly just figuring out if you can do the job well enough. Not too painful, nor lengthy. You walk into this other room inside of the hotel itself, where you check in with HR and have a seat. After a bit the supervisor for your respective position will call your name and will conduct the interview in the nearby ballroom. Pretty painless.
