The interview process was well-organized and engaging. It started with a quick screening call where I got to know more about the role and expectations. Then came a technical challenge that tested my coding skills in a real-world scenario. The next rounds were in-depth technical interviews where we discussed problem-solving approaches, best practices, and some system design concepts. What stood out was the focus on thought process rather than just getting the right answer. The final discussion was more about culture fit and how I could contribute to the team. Overall, the experience was smooth, and the interviewers made it feel like a two-way conversation rather than just an evaluation.
