1st stage phone interview. Final interview with the directors. They did not discuss anything about a salary during the process but I was offered the job, despite the fact that one of them told me off because I didn't remember the all the names of the accreditation titles of the company! Nevertheless, when I said I would be happy to work with them, if we discuss the salary (which proven to be ridiculously low for a person holding a Master' s degree except the BA-I didn't say that of course) they responded by just withdrawing the offer. I found that rude and totally unprofessional. At least my reasonable question unveiled their character quickly.
