Overall I've had a great experience applying at Salonized. First I've had a very friendly screening call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist Marilena during which we've discussed my overall experience and skillset. Then I was given a technical assignment which directly represented the work that I currently do at Salonized. After submitting the technical assignment I’ve had a deeper technical interview with 3 members of our backend team, during which I was given feedback about that tech assignment and was asked to make additional changes to it (add features, write more tests). Also at every stage of the application process I was always provided with sufficient feedback.
