I had 7+ rounds of interviews, including phone calls with recruiters, multiple video calls with a variety of the employees, case studies, and in person meetings at the Samba TV office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Samba TV (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The overall interview process was quick. The HR explained the whole process and role. The questions were fairly easy. HR told me that she will share the next stage interview with me in 2 days. But then ghosted me. And later on, rejected me via the official company account with no proper reason.

Interview
Initial Google Meet video call with Talent Acquisition. Very detailed info about the company and role with some basic questions around previous work experience. Quickly invited to a 30 minute in-person meeting with the Hiring Manager. This actually only lasted around 15 minutes. The Hiring Manager seemed quite disinterested from the start, leading me to a quiet area in a communal area as "all meeting rooms were booked," which seemed unprofessional for a first stage in-person interview. The whole thing seemed more like an informal chat which was fine, but as mentioned didn't last long so hardly seemed worth my journey to the offices. Next steps were explained (second stage was a task and final stage with the COO) so I thought it had gone well, but after following up twice I received an automated rejection email.
