      Manager Role Interview

      Jan 11, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sampler

      Interview

2 phone interviews + 1 in-person interview. 3 people interviewed me in-person along with the HR lead. One brought in a laptop and was doing work (typing throughout) the interview. He barely looked up to acknowledge me. It was appallingly unprofessional. Nobody else in the room seemed to think it was an issue. If you're too busy to join an interview...then DON'T attend. I was not offered the job due to my "lack of tech experience", which could have been determined earlier on in the process.
