Interview
They contacted me through phone and email a few times. I finally agreed to go into the first interview not really knowing what to expect. The first interview was only 15 minutes, was done by one person and served as a screening process. Red flag #1. When I asked questions about the job and that's when the red flags really started. They only offer a base pay of $400 a week = $10 an hour. They said that you can work up and make up to $800-$1,000 per week but weren't clear on how that would be achieved. Red flag #2. Their hours are Monday - Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Red flag #3. When I asked questions about what the job entailed I was never given a clear answer. I walked out of the interview just as or more confused as to when I had first walked in. Red flag #4. Lastly, they wanted me to start working part-time the following day! Red flag #5. The interviewer couldn't seem to grasp that I could not come in at 8:00 am M-F because I have class every single morning at that time. He asked me 4-5 times when I was available! Red flag #6. I walked out confused and upset. The interviewer said that a higher-up manager would call me later that day and tell me when I could come in. I never received a call or email from them again. DO NOT APPLY OR INTERVIEW for this company. They are a Multi-Level Marketing Company aka a pyramid scheme aka borderline illegal. Don't waste your time with a company like this.
We are disappointed to see your interview experience was negative. During the interview process we are looking to find the best applicant for our position as well as show our business model, therefore we have first, second, and third rounds of interviews. We express in the interview that if we do not feel an applicant is right for the position, then there will be no follow up. Thank you for providing your feedback as it is of value. Best of luck along your career search.

Interview
I came in from over two hours for my interview, definitely a good experience. The interview process was very prompt and thorough. The account executive & owner who interviewed me were professional and outgoing! I instantly felt welcomed.
The first interview was just getting to know me. I was asked about my goals, my motivatons, and hobbies. I was asked to come in for a second interview, and I was told that I would be given a run through of the day to day operations.
