Sandoz STEP (Trainee Program) interview questions

First I submitted an online application - I found the job through LinkedIn, then they emailed me confirming a few of my qualifications, (I think they were trying to understand equivalent qualifications from international applicants). 45-50 min phone interview with recruiting agency (at this stage, still not contact with the actual company), waited almost one month, sent to assessment centre in Germany
