Interview
Group Interview: paired up to find out info from partner based on specific questions and asked to present to the group.
Asked who would go to dinner with: dead or alive.
A handful of applicants went to a meeting room together. We introduced ourselves and had a chance to 'sell' products to one another to see how quickly we were able to adapt with a product we'd never seen before. Successful applicants were notified after a day or so that we'd received the job.

They asked how I would sell a novelty product to someone who may not want it.

Interview
Was contacted a few hours after applying online for the position and invited to a group interview the next day. The interview was informative and had us display our skills for sales. Later that afternoon, successful applicants were contacted with an offer and invited to begin orientation the next day. Very prompt.
