Interview
They take a long time. So if you are in a hurry, too bad. It took about 7 months since I started the app. The interview was about 45 min with 12 people on the faculty. The teaching demo only needed to be 20 min. (English department). I think if you are applying to any other department, your experience will be better.

They asked my obvious questions and if I would do a themed course for 1101. They asked me how I use social media in my classes..(?)....and how long it takes me to grade papers....also how I would contribute to the dept
