Seemed to be a nice company overall. The interview was through a third party recruiting company. After my initial interview, the this party had confirmed the position was now filled with someone further along in the process. From what the recruiter described, it seemed like a nice work environment and I wish I had the opportunity to go further in the interview process.

Interview
Make sure you review equations and your science/nutrition courses before your interview. Expect to answer food science related questions. I was interviewed by the quality manager and quality supervisor. Both people were very nice, but most of the interview was conducted by the manager.

Interview
First in-person interview was with Quality Assurance Manage and R&D Manager. I was asked mostly about past personal work experience and other typical interview questions. For instance, what are you strengths and weaknesses? How do you cope with problems? How would you react if you found out people you work with talk bad behind you in a foreign language?
Second interview was with VP and Quality Assurance manager. Asked questions that are more related to the food industry. Asked about the knowledge of the company's products and tricky questions that one would not know unless you once worked in a food manufacturing company.
