Before the interview, I was asked to finish personality test and intellectual test anquet. In the first stage, I was interviewed by the HR supervisor about basic information and some question about my academic performance. Then came the senior colleague of the interviewing department. He asked about my field experience and some details about the job. In the second interview, I was interviewed by the supervisor of my department.we talked about the future working as an mechanical design engineer and what I'd like to pursue in my career. Generally it's an easy interview. No speciality test required.
