Worst company to interview. The Recruiter is least bothered to give feedbacks on the final interview round who invested so much time to interview. Followed-up multiple times for update and just ghosting. The company just talks about diversity but does not really respects a diversity candidate. Asking questions like what is your age and do you have a kid only to judge a candidate's potential at work? This reflects the actual culture of Sapaad. Hiring manager who is also a co-founder was judging career gaps on negative perspective. Please do not interview here and think twice before accepting Sapaad's offer.
