Sapphire Media Group interview questions

Before I was interviewed, they asked me to complete a design test. Then the recruiter ghosted me so I called her every day for a week. She finally answered me, I think, because I was getting on her nerves! I had a great first interview, and then I had a second interview with the owners which was weird but I guess fine? I wrote my thank you letter and made an animation for it… and didn’t hear back for a month. Finally, they sent me a rejection letter… addressed to Sharron. That is not… my name. I deserved far more than a form letter with the amount of work I put in… and I deserved to be called by my name. Overall, very unprofessional and exploitative recruitment process. Don’t ask people to do free work and then dodge them, insult them in their interview… and then call them by the wrong name a month later. I can’t help but think that I dodged a bullet.
