A quick phone call wit the new CEO. Here's the problem, he never got back to me. I left two emails, thanking him for the interview and another after that as a follow-up. No response. This is unprofessional and intentionally so. I was either too old for them or too experienced. It should also be said they advertised for this position and "confidential" or anonymous. That should tell you all you need to know about the culture of this company.
