Went through referral. Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Encouraged to use the STAR method. Was interviewed for an hour. Prepare responses for the questions from the job responsibilities.

Interview
One online interview with manager and hr, then a 15 minute presentation to a group of senior workers. Asked for references but did not contact them. Process took around three months from first interview to actually hearing back regarding decision.
