At the end of the group interview ; they told me that they are looking for reporting person which is not related with the job title at all . I guess they don't know what they are looking for . One person ask me how I can reduce logistics and warehousing cost whicjh I mention in my resume ; I try to explain the SOP's that I follow and depending on my past 20 years experience in the industry but the person who ask this question is only 6 years in the industry .
