Interview
Had a Zoom call with the founder, followed on by a half day trial with the team and potential manager for the role. This involved cold calling people on there system to find out who they were interviewing with and who the hiring manager was. So it wasn't about trying to find suitable candidates for roles. Afterwards a very casual sit down chat with the potential manager to discuss the role and next steps. For me, it felt like a sleazy / questionable company to work for or with, and ended up being relived I wasn't offered the role.

I had already been offered a job elsewhere minutes before this interview, but out of curtsy i thought i'd go into this interview to see what the company is like and make a better decision, within 5mins i realised this place was completely different to any other interview i had been to. Even if i was offered a place here i would never accept it, the attitude and culture is toxic and arrogant, they clearly do not care about the effort that you have put in and this is shown when they are mostly on their phone or staring elsewhere during the interview. The interviewer behaved as if he knew everything, came across extremely rude and behaved like this company was the one and only best one out there. Honestly there was nothing about this place that differentiates if from any other sharky recruitment firms. Overall the interview was rushed, unorganised and demeaning.

Interview
Very rushed and disorganised. MD seemed particularly busy not interested and very arrogant although could not fathom why I appreciate time is money but first impression was not great.I did some research via glassdoor before going to see them and went with an open mind but they didn’t strike me as a great company or fun place to work.
